A beautiful pub in a great location on the waterfront, The Anchor is the only restaurant in the whole of Essex to hold the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand award. A country pub in beautiful surroundings right in the heart of the Essex countryside. Weekends, evenings and theme/music nights are popular with regulars as well as those who have heard of the pub’s growing reputation for great traditional food.
